Rooted in the Career Center team’s deep understanding of the needs of Eckerd students, the Eckerd Career Theory is a flexible, student-centered model designed to help students make confident, informed decisions about their futures.

This is not a checklist– it's a cycle students can revisit again and again. They can use it as a tool to guide conversations with a career advisor, career mentor, or faculty mentor, especially when they're unsure where to start or what to do next.
