Career Services During Spring 2021
Career Services continues to support students, seniors, and alumni through video advising appointments, the curation of opportunities in TritonTrack, and virtual professionalization events. The office is committed to providing students and alumni with useful and timely information about the changing employment landscape.
The Career Services team can be contacted at email@example.com.

Advising & Appointments
All career advising appointments during the Spring 2021 semester will take place via video call. Due to federal regulations, all student employment paperwork appointments (I-9 appointments) must take place in-person in the Career Services office.
Both video advising appointments and in-person student employment paperwork appointments can be scheduled on TritonTrack at any time.
Walk-in Wednesdays will not take place this semester, but students may schedule appointments during those hours.
Online resources will continue to be added to career.eckerd.edu
Employment Opportunities & Employers
The Employer Relations and Internships Coordinator, Michael Nordberg, will continue to advocate for students and curate over 100 positions per week in TritonTrack. These positions will be sourced nationwide with a special emphasis on areas where students are from.
Students with questions about specific employers may contact Michael at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A highlight of curated positions and news will continue to be sent in the Weekly Newsletter.
Students are encouraged to utilize Career Contacts in TritonTrack and the alumni search in LinkedIn in order to continue informational interviews and, if available, job shadowing with alumni and professionals.
The Career Mentor program will continue as normal.
All events will take place virtually this semester. Information will continue to be sent via the weekly Career Services newsletter and via specific event announcement emails. Check the Virtual Events page for links to upcoming events and for recordings of past virtual events.
Virtual career fairs and opportunities for employer contact will be explored and offered.
Student Employment Program
Students who are interested in working for the College during the Spring 2021 semester are encouraged to bring their employment eligibility document or documents to campus with them when they arrive: see page 3 of USCIS Form I-9 for the list of acceptable documents.
