Finding and applying for jobs on campus has never been easier, and is great practice for the future!

Search

All on-campus and community service employment opportunities are posted on TritonTrack. Most campus departments will have you submit a resume through TritonTrack along with any additional documents, which could include a cover letter or writing sample.

Here are steps to help you search and apply for on-campus student employment opportunities:

Apply

While still in TritonTrack:

Interview, Follow-up, and Offer

You will be contacted by the supervisor(s) if you are selected for an interview.

If you have not been contacted by a supervisor for an interview, you may follow-up directly with the supervisor(s) in the position posting to inquire about your application status.

Candidates will be notified of position offers for employment in TritonTrack. An email with detailed instructions on how to accept or decline the offer will be sent with each offer.

Video Tutorial for Accepting Offer

If you decide to no longer pursue a position for which you have applied, login to TritonTrack and  go to "Eckerd College Jobs Database" and then to "My Applications". From this screen you will be able to withdraw your application. It is also recommended you contact the supervisor on the position description and let them know that you have withdrawn your application.

Once offered a position for the first time

You must complete an I-9 (verifies identity and employment authorization) and payroll forms in the Career Center, prior to your first day of work (the red means you should not skip this step).

In order to complete the I9, once you have your first offer, schedule an appointment in the Career Center for "Student Employment Onboarding" and make sure to bring original and unexpired documents to your meeting. See a list of acceptable documents.  This process only needs to be completed once while you are a student.
